If it is your first time with us, you will be asked to fill a form with all your data/details in order to create your patient profile.

Due to COVID-19 exceptional situation, you will be asked to fill an special form for this as well, to confirm that:

  • The patient has not traveled in the past 14 days. (If you did, we will required you a negative test passed 5 days after your arrival to Ireland).
  • The patient has not had symptoms related with COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
  • The patient has not had contact with a potential positive case in the last 14 days.

In the event that the patient could be in any of the cases above, the consultation will not take place, and the amount thereof will not be reimbursed.

After that, the patient will be directed to the consultation room, where the examination and subsequent treatment will take place.

The duration of the consultation depends on the type of service. You can check it in our price list page.

In the following visits, you will not be asked to fill the form. Once in the consultation room, you will be asked for a quick updating and, after this, the treatment will take place.

No, physiotherapists and osteopaths can assess and treat without referral by a doctor.

Be prepared to provide your previous medical or surgical history. If you have them, bring scan/MRI reports, and list of medication.

You may wish to bring shorts and t-shirt since depending on the pathology you will need to get the affected area undressed.

The number of treatments will vary depending on the problem and individual. After a thorough assessment, we will discuss with you the treatment plan for the rehabilitation process.

It is really simple and quick, you can do it yourself online here.

You just need to click on the “Book appointment” button in the website, select a slot available and enter the required information. It's a step guided process, so you don't have to worry.

For better convenience and quicker response to our customers we only accept online payment. The payment is done upfront, at booking time, so that you don't have to worry later on when coming to the consultation. We process our payments through Stripe secure payment gateway, to protect our customers against from any fraud and scam. Also, we offer full refund for cancellation and reschedule done before the same day of the appointment. Please check our cancellation policy.

If you reschedule your appointment until the day before coming for consultation, no surcharge will be charged for it.

If you reschedule your appointment on the same day of your appointment, you will be refunded just the 70% of the total amount.

If you don't show up for your appointment we won't refund your money back. This is so because your slot won't be able to be relocated for other patient. Please understand that we have a busy agenda and there are other patients with medical issues waiting to be treated. All patients are important for us.

You can manage your appointments from My appointments dashboard. The first time you book an appointment with us, a user is created in the system for you with the details you entered, and an email with your user and password is sent to the email address that you provided. Then you just need to follow these steps:

  1. Go to My appointments.
  2. Enter your user and password.
  3. Your appointments will appear then listed.
  4. Find the Reschedule button, click on it and select a new date.
  5. Your old appointment will appear as cancelled and a new one will appear as requested.
  6. Done! If the reschedule was done before the day of the original appointment, it will get approved without you having to do anything else. Otherwise, the new appointment will be rejected and a refund of 70% will be issued.

After clicking on Reschedule button, you will get three separate emails:

  1. Appointment cancellation received. The acknowledge of your old appointment was cancelled.
  2. New appointment request received. The acknowledge of a new appointment was requested.
  3. Appointment details email. In case you made the reschedule the same day of the original appointment, you will a rejection email instead.

If you cancel your appointment up to 1 day before the session, you will be refunded the full amount of it.

If you cancel the same day, you will be reimbursed 70%, since that slot might not be used by another patient.

If your delay is no bigger than 5 minutes, we can extend the session. However, any delay accumulated more than 5 minutes can't be recovered, what means that your treatment session will be shorter. We need to sanitize and arrange the room between patients, specially under our current COVID-19 situation, and this preparation time can't get shortened.

Please understand that the sessions length are set so according to the recommended time that as a professional I strongly believe my patients need in order to obtain results. I can't guarantee equally satisfactory results if the session gets shortened due to your delay. Bear this mind and also be respectful with other patients booked time.

Unfortunately I am not able to provide you an invoice for your insurance as of now. However, I can provide you one for Revenue so that you can get the 20% back with your taxes.
