Individual class of a complete, easy and safe core and pelvic floor restoration and re-programming technique practiced by men and women.

This technique works globally, based on a respiratory pattern with apnea, and it improves:

  • Lung capacity (for athletes, patients with respiratory diseases...)
  • Body posture
  • Abdominal muscles (improving the strengthening, preventing and reducing abdominal diastasis, low back pain, sciatica...)
  • Pelvic floor muscles (improving the strengthening, helping with the postpartum recovery, prolapse treatment, urinary incontinence, sexual dysfunction and decreasing menstrual pain...)
  • Recovery from abdominal-pelvic surgeries.
  • Blood circulation.
  • Functioning of the digestive system and intestinal transit (constipation, flatulence, bloating...)
  • Reduction of the abdominal perimeter.

This classes take 1 hour, and you will learn a very useful tool to workout at home as well.
